This store deserves more and higher reviews. Quickly helped by attentive and knowledgeable staff, who were always so patient, no pressuring and incredibly easy going. I got exactly what I came for (and then some, as usual LOL) The staff members Samiha and Alison were always so friendly that the help they provide is more like chatting about it instead of just relaying whatever information they had. And I appreciate that they were honest about what does and doesn't work for them personally, without pushy upselling. Thanks to them, I know I'll be back again soon!

First time going to this Sephora location. I’m usually iffy about going to Sephora because sometimes the vibe is not the best in Sephora. However, an employee named Margaret made my experience. She was very attentive, helpful, energetic, and has a sweet personality! That is excellent customer service. Being able to make the customers feel welcomed and acknowledging them is extremely important.

It’s so sad Sephora has bad employees I faced racism in Sephora the customer service guy was open the help others when it come to me he say go to other line ad the lady was so rude too made faces ad not nice didn’t expect tht from Sephora. When it should be welcoming and not treating customers rude or being racist towards them. Plz Sephora fix this!!! I don’t know how u guys have rating as 4.0.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Sephora location. I came in looking for a concealer, but there were no associates available on the floor to assist customers. When I finally approached an employee to ask about finding my shade, I greeted her politely, but she did not acknowledge me. I waited, understanding she might have been busy, but she continued to ignore me entirely. At that point, I chose to leave without making a purchase, as I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she was a shorter associate with short black hair and lip piercings.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I went to this Sephora to buy makeup and had a really disappointing experience. No one offered help while I was shopping, and when I went to check out, I stood behind a customer paying. Once it was my turn, the cashier ignored me and went to ask another employee if I was “in line,” even though I had been waiting. Meanwhile, other checkout stations were empty, which made no sense. The lack of organization and the employees’ attitude were frustrating and honestly make me not want to shop in person at Sephora anymore, even though I’ve been a loyal customer for years.
