Thank you Halie!! I so appreciated the time you took to help me find the perfect facial regimen! I had just come from “ the other place” - horrible experience. The customer service and cleanliness I experienced at Sephora exceeded my expectations!! I’ll be back!!

Asked me who ‘helped’ me when I get to the register. I mean, Barbie came up to me and ‘helped’ me for 2 minutes by scanning a machine on my head. That’s not helping. Just because you shade match me doesn’t mean I should immediately go with the color the machine told you. I was looking for actual assistance. Not a machine. For everyone to go back to chit chatting 2 minutes later. Didn’t receive the help I was actually looking for.

I was greeted by staff but no one attempted to assist me. I feel it was racially motivated. I was however laughed at by a nonblack female. I probably won’t be back.

The staff are very rude and don’t greet you when you’re shopping around. Except Ari—she was very helpful and even agreed to check me out when I was in line. I’m not sure if some people are a little prejudice against melanated folks or what but the staff are unprofessional as heck.
