2/23/26 I went into yhe location to test a look and the location staff had a building filled with customers and they started harassing me as they normally do. I do not consent to any of this racial discrimination behaviors non negationable i want every staff to be held accountable including management for unfaily lying and setting customers up. 11/8/25 The experience today was an ultimate disappointed disaster with 5 of your Beauty advisors harassing me and following me around the store. Fire erupted In the store location with nobody injured at least to my knowledge the beauty advisors called security and then the Police on me for attempting to try on product. We will formally be putting SEPHORA HEADQUARTERS ON NOTICE FOR these locations DTLA and HOLLYWOOD for igniting my PTSD , ANXIETY

I changed my bad review into a good review because Allison the manager gave me a better experience. I received a complimentary service and Ruby did such a lovely job. I definitely overall had a way better experience and hopefully next time it will remain that way but as for today I’m happy with my experience. Thank you Sephora Hollywood for giving me an authentic Sephora experience.

One of the worst Sephora’s I’ve ever been in. No one asked to help me. And when I asked for assistance it seemed like an inconvenience. Most of the testers are empty. They don’t carry a lot of products that many other Sephora’s do. It was empty and dirty

My visit to the Sephora in Hollywood was fantastic! The store is well-stocked with all the latest beauty products, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They provided excellent recommendations and took the time to match me with the perfect foundation. I loved how organized and clean the store was, making it easy to browse. Whether you’re looking for skincare, makeup, or fragrances, this Sephora has it all. I’ll definitely be returning for more beauty finds!”

It's my first time in the us and also my first time in a Sephora store, at first one girl ask me if I need help, I thought they were so nice but I don't need assistance so I said " it's ok, I'm fine". Then a little while another girl ask me the same thing, and then after that another girl !? This time they stood around me, all three girls, chatting with each other around me THE WHOLE TIME . What ever happened bothering me a lot, I just want to shop in peace, if I need help I would ask. No wonder the store don't have much customers that day. ( November 16 around 2pm) At least they didn't ask me to open my groceries bag to check what inside, so 2 stars.
