Stopped by to buy my daughter a gift and had a great experience. Fast service, easy checkout, and no hassle. Exactly what I needed.

Went there today... walked in.. wasn't greeted. Walked around and several employees passed me wandering around.. not one asked me if I needed help. I was there for a least half an hour... not one approached to ask if they can help. Being a manager for a big retail company, this was very sad to see.. The management needs to address the we could less about customers mentality that the employees have.

Licette is so helpful and knowledgeable!! I love everything she recommended. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She literally picked out a new makeup routine for me. I think I own everything in her personal makeup bag now. 😂💕 I’m already getting compliments. Thank you Licette❣️❣️❣️

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Alessa was attentive and listened to everything I said and got me the best product for my needs (even in travel size as I travel for work). The store was clean and like always smelled wonderful. Parking is limited but worth it to come to this Sephora!
