I'm not one to leave reviews, but I had the most amazing experience with this woman named Deb at the store. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to skincare, listened to my needs about staying within a price point & wanted to sell me something that actually worked- staying away from trends. I've been loving the products she recommended! I don't always have the best experience at the Hanover store, but Deb was really amazing!

Upon entering the store everyone was super friendly and I asked for someone to grab a perfume for me. The girl who helped me was super nice, however when I went to check out the cashier was very passive aggressive when I provided my cash for the purchase. I did pay with ones so as a customer service worker I understand the annoyance of having to count out all the ones but I have never acted passive aggressive with a customer for their payment method. The manager was called over to recount the money, and she was also acting annoyed. Consistently looking over at the cashier and laughing in an annoyed tone. I apologized multiple times for the annoyance and did not even receive a response. This interaction just threw me off as I’m a paying customer and was not being rude I was trying to be as

I just entered Sephora and I’m completely annoyed because I asked someone for help and she said one minute and I waited five minutes for her. She never came back . I was ready to purchase and I concealer and a foundation, but just wanted to make sure it was the correct color. I looked across the floor and there were at least four sales people talking. Two of them were at shelves. No customer service help on the floor whatsoever so they’re not getting my money today. I don’t understand how stores like this are better at their customer service. Very annoying

Was shopping for makeup products and a worker named Sarah was immediately hovering over me and my friend talking over the headsets to other workers. Making me and my friend uncomfortable we did nothing to prompt any of this by the way. As a paying customer this is quite upsetting. And as we were checking out my lady cashing me out was having a little trouble with a new machine and it was totally okay but Sarah came over and was being passive aggressive and rude towards her. Overall bad attitude and immature . Ruined my experience at this location. But the lady cashing me out named Chloe was excellent.

I come to this Sephora all the time.I would say i'm a regular. In the past , i've been helped by a awesome employee named Emma who was kind and caring and didn't mind helping a customer in need. Today unfortunately I had a negative experience. I came to this location to get a specific product and the store was quite busy. I looked for the product I needed and they were out of my shade and the size I wanted. After looking around for help the only employee I could find that was free was an older woman with blonde hair and glasses who I've seen and talked to before. In the past she has been rude and not helpful at all but she was the only one available for help. I kindly asked her if she could help me look for the specific product in my shade. She rudely told me that all minis were up front
