Sephora

I went to Sephora for a few things today and met Miss Alma! She was so kind, attentive and thorough of her explanation of how I should apply my makeup. I got my products, a few samples and left satisfied.When I come back, I will ask for her!

Very clean and organized store. Staff are very friendly. I love the new selection of fragrances. This week was my birthday and I got a gift from Sephora❤️

I had the best experience at this store. Alma was very nice and very sweet. She helped me and my mother with everything we needed for skincare and makeup. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Alma, for helping me get the best foundation match for my skin. I love it.💓

My girls and I went to Sephora in Riverside mall, Hackensack on weekend. I was very impressed. I say that because over the years, I think retail stores had become not as motivated and or no employees take ownership of what they do anymore. Well these ladies in Sephora were different. They were professional and friendly, welcoming every single customer had walked in the store, greeting them when leaving also. Cashier helped me open rewards account, gave us free perfume samples, and birthday gift. Floor and inventories were organized and clean. They were not making small talks to each other but busy offering help, cleaning, organizing - It's really nice to see people working with pride and professionalism. So thank you and please keep up!!
