This is located in Americana at Brand- the moment I walked in , the staff warmly greeted me, The store is clean and organized. Unfortunately the lip tint that I wanted to buy is out of stock but its ok. The staff are all over the place and are willing to help.and answer any questions and you can feel that they are really there to help you.. Shopping here can assure you that they have new and good products. I will definitely be back here and I highly recommend this place.

Personally, I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, but Sephora's staff can do better and today's incident needs to be addressed. I am a long-time customer of Sephora but am extremely disappointed in the manner I was treated today in-store. Unfortunately, I will never purchase from Sephora again. I am currently pregnant and went to the Americana with my 6-lb toy maltipoo to go on a stroll as it is known to be dog-friendly. I stepped into Sephora, and unfortunately, my pup had an accident and went #2 on the floor near the door. Immediately, I took a poopie bag out and cleaned it up, along with any skid marks. To take extra measure, I took a tissue and wet it with water to clean any remnants. While I was cleaning, an employee by the name of "Yessenia" came over and in a very rude manne

I came in today excited to purchase some Glow Recipe products I’ve been eyeing online, although it was too crowded for me to find 1/3 of my items, I enjoyed my visit and purchase. On my way out I decided to check out some foundations. Tyler was extremely helpful helping me find my shade. She went above and beyond recommending a different brand than I was looking for and of course she sold me on her recommended brand (Ciele). I was able to discover a much needed new foundation brand and SPF primer. I was a bit overwhelmed with how crowded it was, but the employees made sure my visit was a success.

There are two ladies who have helped me with the right type of hair care products. One of the ladies name is Tyler and she was so kind and patient with what I needed. She was so nice that she told me what products she uses for her curls!! She also helped me choose the right products!!! I don’t know the other ladies name but she also had glasses on and she helped me choose the right hair care products for my hair !!! She was so nice and she even gave me some samples to take home and try and she was the best with helping me choosing the right product!!! This location is the best cuz they actually help you with what you need and the ladies there are so patient and passionate about their job !!! They have the best team !!! Thank you Tyler and to the other ladies !

I am beyond "disappointed"—I am disgusted by the sheer level of incompetence your company displays. Within a single day, I placed two separate orders hours apart. Both were cancelled with the same pathetic "out of stock" excuse. It is 2026. How a multi-million dollar brand is still incapable of managing a basic inventory system is a joke. This isn't a one-time fluke; it's a recurring pattern of failure. It is clear you have no interest in being better because you’re too busy counting money to actually fulfill orders. To make matters worse, your customer service is a total void of accountability. They recited their script about "out of stock" items with zero shame or emotion, as if wasting my time is just part of your business model. You are a bottom-tier company masquerading as a luxury
