It was a beautiful experience that me and mom had the service was spectacular we got assistance with in a few minutes of walking in everybody was kind that we had an interaction with moisturizer was my mom objective to find she was directed to a less expensive moisturizer that was spectacular she loved it the beauty guides knew everything about the product we enjoyed out time in the store so much

Elisa went above and beyond for me. I watched her helping other customers with such an amazing attitude and smile. She has so much knowledge on every product I had questions about, and had great recommendations. She’s the reason why this is now my home Sephora.

Terrible location. Checked out with a gift card, covered full balance, employee took gift card and kept it, we thought oh it’s probably empty, come to find out on the receipt it had $30 on it. Went back instantly in the store (1min later) and it took 50+ minutes for the employees to “find the gift card”, employees at one point insinuated that we were trying to scam them, as they said the gift card was in our bag “based on the camera”. Although after we held our ground and asked for another camera review, they magically found it in the back crumpled up (like it was put in someone’s pocket). They ended up giving back the $30 gift card, but offered no apology, compensation (aside from tiny samples), nor explanation for how the event occurred.

**NOT ABOUT THE BRAND** This is about their customer service; my first and now only time in this store and they have my absolute favorite hair care line and whenever I found out they be in store I was thrilled. I came up here to grab some. They had the products I needed so grabbed them with joy and headed to check out. When the price was lot higher than me and my husband expected we were a bit taken back. Once we checked the receipt we saw we were charged $86 for the serum, now this was odd because the tag that was placed with the product was $48 the price we were more than happy to pay. I went back to the lady and told her this mishap and showed her my receipt and the display. I asked her since the product was incorrectly displayed could we please have this corrected? Not really my kind of store but I went in with my wife so she could search for some makeup and a designer fragrance. Truth be told, I like a good cologne every now and then. This store has them all. Nancy was very helpful when we walked in and told her we really didn't know what we were looking for. Immediately she showed us the sampler collection. What a deal! You buy a boxed collection of sample vials that includes 12 fragrances for women or 9 for men. Each boxed set was $68. These are some of the most popular fragrances on the market from different manufacturers. Inside the box are the sample vials along with a certificate for one full size bottle. After you decide which fragrance you really, really love you take the certificate back to Sephora and redeem it for a full size bottle. And
