I haven’t shopped at this location in a long time due to my last visit being treated extremely poorly. Today I was on limited time and had to drop in during my lunch break. I am so glad I did! I was immediately greeted by Arrex at the front and she quickly addressed my questions about shopping for the perfect beauty products I needed. Her knowledge, patience and expertise went above and beyond any expectation I had today at this location. Thank you for making my day a breeze today and making me feel welcomed Again at my local Sephora.

Penelope, the manager, refused to honor the advertised sale displayed at the front of the store, which stated customers would receive an additional 20% off the sale price. The same promotion was also available online. When I attempted to check out, she declined to apply the extra 20% discount. After leaving the store, I added the item to my online cart and successfully received the additional 20% off. I returned to inform her, showing proof of the discount online. With an attitude and pursed lips, she replied, "Thanks for letting me know," before resuming her writing without further acknowledgment. This raises concerns about how many other items or customers may have missed out on the extra 20% discount from the designated sale table.

I want to take a moment to shout out Stephanie at this location because she absolutely made my day. From the moment she helped me, she was warm, engaging, and genuinely kind, not just doing her job, but going above and beyond. She shared her honest opinions about products, made conversation, and created such a fun and welcoming experience. The way she carried herself stood out to me so much that I actually thought she was the manager. She spoke about the store with ownership & pride, which to me says a lot. If I were in charge, I’d promote her immediately. She represents Sephora in the best possible way and is exactly the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back.

This is my favorite Sephora. Not because they have the biggest selection but because of the staff. Stephanie is a gem! I have a typical 9 y/o "Sephora kid". Stephanie took the time to discuss products that were ok for her young skin, things to stay away from, etc. And was SO NICE and helped her stick to her birthday budget. Thank you, Stephanie! You made our day.

Everyone at this location is so helpful and amazing customer service. They take the time to explain products and give great recommendation’s.
