Honestly the best Sephora experience. They are always helpful but this time was 10/10. I came in on a busy Saturday afternoon and it was so seamless. The lovely ladies were so helpful and Alejandra helped me checked me out as well so I didn’t have to wait in the long line. Incredible customer service at this location.

Today I walked in to shop at this Sephora location. I walked in and immediately felt eyes on me from one of their employees in the front. As I’m making direct eye contact, I said “Hello” because???? Aren’t you supposed to be greeting me not the other way around??? She doesn’t even say Hello back, so rude. Then I noticed these two customers walk in. The way they were moving and looking around was very suspicious suspicious. I didn’t think much of it and kept browsing. They grabbed some items and run out the store. A Sephora employee tried to physically stop and grab some items they had in hand as they were exiting. I’ve previously worked in retail and in Sephora. Any retail/ Sephora employee knows NOT TO APPROACH AND STOP THEFT. That is important safety protocol. Not just for the safety of

I have to give a 1 star review because I had multiple bad experiences with the same employee. I don’t know what her name is, but she’s always wearing a black face mask on. She is extremely rude and on multiple occasions when I was trying to return an item, I would ask for her to return the item fully and then to go ahead and make a new purchase for whatever I was buying. she always does the exact opposite. instead she does an exchange for it and when I proceeded to tell her that I asked for a return and then a re-purchase she’s like oh, but you can get it back in a gift card. Sephora, you need to take responsibility over your employees and make sure that she has to relearn all the steps of becoming an employee or she needs to get fired because she’s done this on countless occasions.

I called this store an hour before I walked over there to ask if they had the product I wanted in full size available. I also verified on the phone that this was the product I was referring to, and was assured that the product was in stock. I walked all the way over there in the freezing cold to get this ONE product I was told was in stock over the phone only to be told that it’s not when I get there. I asked for the person I spoke to on the phone and nobody could verify that the spoke to me when I know for a fact I called the correct store as I checked the numbers both before and after. The staff I asked for help did not seem to care much about the inconvenience this just caused me and was given a simple “sorry, it’s out of stock.” A different member asked if I wanted a different product

After living in Queens for 7–8 years, this has been my favorite Sephora location. It’s small, but the staff is extremely helpful for the most part. (If I ever remember their names, I update my comment) But yhis past weekend I booked a professional makeup appointment for the first time, for my milestone birthday and was honestly a little cautious, since not everyone knows how to work with Black and deeper skin tones. My reservation was with Kyla, and she made me look and feel absolutely beautiful. 🥰 I can’t thank her enough, she truly showed up for me and made me feel comfortable and kept me in the loop of what she was doing at each stage of my makeup.
