I was helped by the loveliest staff person named Maddy at the West Farms Mall Sephora store tonight. She went out of her way to help me with my purchases, searching online and within the store to make sure I got just the right products. On top of this, she let me rest my weary old bones on a chair while she personally rang up my gift card purchases. Thank you , Maddy and thank you Sephora. Deborah Carson

I had my makeup done by Reeva for my engagement photos today, and she did an amazing job! She was so fun to be around and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the results!!

THE weirdest experience ever, and I used to work for this brand elsewhere. I was left in total disbelief and didn't even bother to step back into the store. Story: My wife and I needed to buy some makeup supplies for our studio (Michel Maquillage Beauty Studio NYC LLC). We walked into @Sephora in the West Farms mall, where this beautiful soul approached us, I believe her name was Mercedes. She was the one who told us that a brand's foundation was on sale for $10. We shopped for almost 2 hours, was approached by every associate who kept their eyes on our basket, and spent almost $800. Not one person there offered us any gifts for our purchase. They were waiting for my card to decline probably, but they wasted no time to announce on their walkie the amount I spent. Bunch of weird O's. When

Truly cannot say enough about Tony! I have such anxiety when it comes to makeup and purchasing makeup because I really don’t have a clue what I’m doing. I wanted new foundation and concealer, Tony was so knowledgeable and matched me on the first try and made me feel so comfortable and confident. I left with some amazing products and I even received a compliment on my makeup the first day I had used everything! Sephora is so lucky to have such an incredible employee! Can’t wait to return to buy some more of Tony’s recommendations.
