i ordered a new perfume online from this location to have it delivered to my house and whoever packaged the item did not bother to put it in a box. the perfume was left on my porch in broad daylight in an open sephora bag for anyone to steal 😐

I was in need of some beauty supplies that Sephora carries and while their online ordering website stated they were out of the items, this store carried them because they had those heavily requested items on reserve for all new stores, I was told. Now some of you may ask, how do they compare against Ulta? Sephora carries more high-end brands, such as Chanel, Tatcha, Tom Ford to name a few, whereas Ulta offers some brand name beauty products as well as more drugstore options. Like Ulta, Sephora also has their own make-up brand called, Sephora Collection which is their affordable beauty products. The staff at this location are lovely, knowledgeable and honest. I always get the best service, and being 47, I LOVE that there's staff of all ages to help me. I was color matched perfectly and Im always directed to makeup that fits my skin needs and not just whats trending. The issue here is nothing is ever in stock. The samples are beat up, messy, and when you do find something you like, 9 out of 10x its sold out. Also, the perfume section is so cluttered that if anyone tries a sample its going to take out anyone else nearby. I wish it was a better stocked store because the staff really are amazing, but I dread going in because I know it will most likely be a waste of my time.

Just left the Sephora in Marlboro and disappointed. While they had a lot of employees standing around, non were helpful. I was looking for a particular lipgloss color and I couldn't find it out in the display. In fact the testers were all mixed up everything was disorganized and they didn't have a lot of stock out. Nobody was around to help me so I just opened the bottom drawer because I know there is backstock in there. There was a ton of lip glosses in the drawer so I was searching for the Color I wanted when one of the employees came up and chastise me telling me "you can't just go looking in the draw hon" I said that's fine I'd be happy to have you help me -while you're looking I'm going to walk around the store and look for something else I need and I told her the color I wanted. afte
