Had a high end perfume that I needed to return (not opened, in original box, with print receipt) and they would not allow me to return it or even exchange it as it was two/three days past 30 days? Dumbest return policy of all time. Cancelled my loyalty program today and will no longer be shopping here if this is the level of “care” you show your customers. Abysmal 🤦🏼‍♀️

Great location. Super friendly staff. If you are coming in for something specific, I recommend looking at their app or calling to make sure they have it in stock. This location has a nice selection; personally, it would be nice to see more men's fragrances.

This place is way better then the Carlsbad store, it's clean, well organized, friendly, professional and stocked with most of the brands I already purchase, I just wish sephora carried kat von d products in stores, I love that this place isn't packed like the Carlsbad location, I even got 3 free samples with my purchase today! So sweet of them, I've never received samples from the Carlsbad store and the staff there can be super rude. Definitely coming back to this location again

Not a very fun place to shop, as service was subpar - Not rude, just apathetic. They made sure to greet everyone coming into the store which was nice, but did not go the extra step to check in to ask if we needed help. When checking out, they did not offer options for which samples to choose, just threw a couple random ones in the bag without even telling you what they are. Also, I had points and was not asked if I'd like to redeem them. Part of the fun of the Sephora experience is, of course, choosing samples and redeeming your points to try samples of new products. So you'd literally get better service, from the website.
