Never shopping at this location again. Go to the Bishop Ranch Sephora instead. Had a very strange and uncomfortable experience with the manager, Varisara on Nov 11th. I came in to return an item I ordered online on October 11. As soon as I walked in, she immediately asked if I was returning the product because they “don’t carry that brand” at this location. I politely explained that I had ordered it online on oct 11 and wanted to return it as today is nov 11. She looked concerned and annoyed and as I turn to walk she repeats “but we don’t carry that brand at this store” a second time to which I pause and ask but that shouldn’t matter for an online return right? I wanted to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with your Sephora customer service while inquiring about a skin product at the Dublin location. I felt that the initial agent wasn’t listening to my concerns, and I was quickly passed to another agent without resolution. As a result, I decided not to purchase the product. I hope you can improve in this area to ensure others have a better experience. Thank you for your attention.

I'm still going to give them a good review but disappointed because I accidentally booked for Friday thinking it was Saturday. I'm almost sure I did but I think the website redirected me to Friday. So when I got thier I was upset because I thought I booked for Saturday...and I really needed some work done .so I left without it of course...they were helpful but i did lose $20 for an accident .so I'm a little disappointed
