A beautiful and well organized new store. The absolute best fragrance selection of any Sephora! The staff are very attentive and helpful.

Sephora is the worst experience I have ever had. I booked my makeup appointment one week in advance for the most important day of my life: my son’s wedding. When I arrived, they simply told me that my appointment was canceled because the makeup artist “didn’t show up.” Nobody notified me, nobody called, nobody sent a message. I checked my phone right there and there was no record of any calls or messages from them. They didn’t care at all. They didn’t offer solutions, they didn’t try to fix the situation, and they didn’t even show the slightest effort to help. They just said: “There is nothing we can do.” They left me without my appointment on the most important day. Sephora is completely unreliable. This Sephora deserves a top rating on Google! I visited today and was so impressed, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The store was spotless, fully stocked, and I found everything I was looking for 🛍️🧸 The only downside is that they close a bit too early around 6PM. It would be great if they could extend their hours a little! At least for Summers🌞

Malika is one of the best. She's always so kind, and helpful when I'm looking for new products. I love the Glenview Kohl's Sephora location because I'm able to ask questions without a very long wait.

I was told a different “return by” date for holiday purchases by this store, and since this Sephora closes early, I had to go to a different Sephora that would not honor the return. Customer service tried to help me but the other store would not assist. Sephora seems to have really poor customer service nowadays.
