I had such a good experience I had to leave a review. The staff was so supportive, lately I’ve been having such a hard time getting colored matched and the staff was so helpful and attentive to the product I wanted for my skin type. I felt listened to and taken care. Not only helpful but educated when it comes to makeup and skin care! Huge plus!

Visited Sephora in Garden City, trying to match a lipliner color, and worked with Megan, who is an outstanding rep for the company. Her hair and makeup application were a work of art, with bold colors (most would be afraid to try) that blended perfectly, demonstrating her creativity with cosmetics. She was deeply knowledgeable about all brands, colors, and textures, and pulled numerous liners to try to perfectly match the color I sought. Her efforts were greatly appreciated, and anyone would be lucky to work with her. The store is fortunate to have her aboard.

My mom and I came in today looking for eye creams and blush. Sean kindly approached us asking if we needed help and immediately our problems were solved! He was very knowledgeable on eye creams with different brands + price points. Sean then helped me pick out 2 blushes and I love them both. If you go to this location, Sean is the best!

I had a wonderful experience with someone who was very knowledgeable and super sweet. However, I never write reviews like this. This is the second time I’ve been there in the past month where I have overheard employees being caddy and rude when talking about other customers. Almost as if they “can’t be bothered”. I get it’s a job, but just be professional.

Service here has gone way down hill. It’s all a bunch of disinterested Gen Z girls working here, including the manager, who have zero interest in making any sales. They just chat among themselves and ignore the shoppers. I left during their annual sale since not one of the dozen sales girls on the floor cared to speak with me. And the store was empty.
