Gina knows her products and is super helpful! Dont hesitate to ask for her help. She is magic! She recommended the new Charlotte til concealer for the issue I was having of creasing and concealer not lasting through a full days work. I tried everything, tarte, hour glass, nyx, estee, went in for natasha denona but Gina saved me so much time and energy buying and trying products. Thank you Gina! I love going here so much. The workers are so sweet and helpful. The prices are very expensive though, once got like 3 travel sized items and it cost around $200 and the place is always very crowded but it really depends on what time you go.

I literally just ran in before they closed and Danny told me they wouldn’t serve me. I already knew what I needed and was going to go straight to the register. I’ve been shopping with Sephora for years and it just shows that they don’t care about keeping customers. If you’re not going to service incoming customers lock the door. There are two people standing there just gossiping. It’s not like it would be an unconvincing if one was opening the door for exiting customers. It just reminds me why I don’t want to shop in their store. That sucks because the service used to be helpful and I don’t like to give bad reviews.

I was there during the Xmas rush and the girls were very helpful. I went back about a week ago and was able to find what I was looking for without help. When I checked out by the door the girl was very accommodating. Excellent service!
