Ray is the best sales Associates. She helped me find the product I want and she does not have any attitudes. Everyone should learn from her. Also the girl with piercings is helpful. There is a shorter girl straight hair also was cute and offered help. Some of them have attitudes that they need to work on. The cashier (black hair) did not offer me any samples even though I got stuff with almost a 100 bucks. When i asked she said yes i can give you. They need to work on customer satisfaction and be genuine and nice to customers. Also they need to clean the bins for disposable applicators and cotton pads. It all dusty and messy.

I was at the Sephora sale event this past Sunday, November 2nd. And the reason why I'm giving this five star is because of a sales associate that really helped me out. I asked a tall blonde girl with short hair for help finding an item and she told me that whatever was on the floor was it and she dismissed me in two seconds. HOWEVER, another sales associate with blue hair helped me, even going in the back to check for a product and she found it! She was so lovely I wish I knew her name, she really improved my experience. She was kind and so thoughtful.

I went here to have my makeup done. I received the 90 minute glam and added the lashes. My artist was (Ruby-Rubi) I can’t remember how to spell it. But she was AMAZING!!! Totally a girls girl and will leave you feeling so sexy and beautiful. I received so many compliments all night about how beautiful I was at the event. Thank you for everything. Ten out of ten. So doing it again within the next month. And asking for herrrrr. 🌹💄🙏 pic below.

Ty at Sephora was outstanding! She really knows her products and helped me find the perfect gift for my girl with ease and confidence. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the experience special you can tell she truly loves what she does.

There’s not enough makeup to cover up an awful attitude, and the Black cashier with the dreads was certainly unpleasant. Sadly, poor customer service has become the norm in today’s generation, and the lack of professionalism, leadership, and training is evident. Very disheartening.
