The place is Pricey. I gave it a 5 because it does what it sets out to do - provide upscale product in a really nice atmosphere with helpful, almost pandering staff - really well. It's just not a store for me.

Dior section next to the cashier is amazing , the lady engraving names on Dior products is amazing , she is smiley and friendly and bring happines , her engraving work is amazing and exceptional . Very well done Sephora and Dior for festive gifts Special and warm Thanks Anna , Lara and Yula

Danielle was so wonderful. She helped my mom and I find everything on our list & more. It’s this kind of customer service that makes me want to shop. She is a gem.

This was my first time going to this location. Actually, I never really shop at this store, but I needed to buy cologne. The store was very busy, but they had a lot of employees to help out. The selection of perfumes and cologne is pretty big. Unfortunately, they were out of two of the ones I wanted. However, it was the holidays, so it's understandable. The woman who helped me was really nice, and she made me feel good about my purchase. I'd recommend it for makeup and scents and for people who can help you around the store.

Extremely disappointing experience. I received a product with issues, and Sephora refused to accept a return, refund, or exchange. Customer service was unhelpful and offered no solution. For a company this large, this level of rigidity and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I’ve lost trust in Sephora because of this.
