Visited Sephora here for the first time, and it definitely lived up to its reputation as a go-to beauty destination. From cute to elegant cosmetic products, there’s a huge selection ready to explore and test. The store was clean, well-organized, and inviting. The staff was especially kind and helpful to my wife as she searched for specific items, offering guidance without being pushy. It made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping trip. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking to refresh or upgrade your makeup collection. Cheers! 🥂

30 days return policy and not even a store credit after…. Amongst other things, I purchased a 50$ lip oil… questionable purchase to begin with but oh well. Came back as I thought within an appropriate time, but turned out to be a week late to their 30 days make it or die policy lol. Are you serious?! Not even a store credit or exchange ? The color turned out to be really bad on me. I got a full time job and a 6 months old. So I ordered online and was not at the door to return it next day and I got nothing when I attempted to at least get a different color. I’m not going to hide it- I’m pretty mad at this situation, and will NEVER be back. I’ll get all I need in ulta or Nordstrom. I went in for a beauty lesson because I wanted to learn age appropriate makeup for myself. Finn was amazing!! He was thorough in explaining the why behind everything done as well as allowing me to give feedback. He is so knowledgeable and was very understanding when I told them I didn’t like something. He quickly pivoted (lol) to grab a new alternative which I loved!! I was able to purchase most of what he used and was so pleased! He was so patient with me and I will definitely be back to learn more tips!! Thank you again Finn!!!

Always have a good experience at this location and last night was no different. Val was super helpful in picking out items for my upcoming trip. She was mindful of finding me vegan only items, providing various price ranges and considerate of the environment I’m traveling to (coral reef). Thank you Val and the rest of the team at the CP Sephora!

I came in on a Wednesday to have my three year old daughters make up done to look like Elsa. They didn't have a makeup artist available, which is completely understandable. Madison came over and told us she could do it right now and introduced herself to my daughter and they walked around the store finding different make up and checking if Arden (my daughter) liked the colors. Madison did an amazing job and it made my daughter's day. She then told me it was FREE, she had just done it out of the goodness of her heart. An excellent employee and a model human being, everyone there was too notch but Madison made our day with her kindness.
