First time coming to this location, and most likely the last. Looking for the online pickup station. Found it and stood there for about 5-10 minutes. No one came to help. I asked an employee for help and She rudely tells us to stand in line. she was also handling our transaction and Of course she had no name tag or decided to use her hair to cover her name so we couldn’t see it. And was still rude to me and my wife. Just because you work in Calabasas does not give you the right to be rude to your customers or treat them poorly. I swear I get better service at jack in the box and their services are terrible too. Worst experience ever. Never coming back to this specific location again.

What a great experience we had with this particular location. We were on our way to a birthday party and my wife was able to get an appointment on short notice. She had her make up done and was 100% satisfied with the results. I’m not always happy with how other ladies have done her makeup. Leila was FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend her if you’re looking for a very glamorous yet natural look!!! Thank you Leila ;)

The team is always so helpful. Great selection of clean makeup options too. I love my new Merit lip stain.

Such a knowledgeable & friendly staff. I am pumped about my new purchases as I’m trying a different skincare product for the first time in 4 years. You know, “mature” skin moves. 😩 They were so kind & so helpful to let me browse the store with a personal shopper-like experience. I’m so grateful as these days we are so confined & regulated that human interaction seems foreign. A wonderful staff, a memorable experience. I will absolutely return when it’s time to restock my medicine cabinet. 😊

Love the store it’s not as big as other Sephora’s but usually has a good stock of everything. An associate with long curly dark hair was a bit rude when we were ready to get checked out and she saw us waiting for someone to help and she just chose to ignore us and continued looking at her phone. Then after about 3 mins of us standing there she said” I’ll help you” no apology for having us wait for her, nor a “I’ll be right with you” ... nothing. She doesn’t seem so happy working there so I don’t know why she even bothers. I’ll make sure to ask someone else to check us out at the counter next time we are ready, didn’t get her name, plus she had no name tag.
