I had such a wonderful experience at the Sephora in Walden Galleria! A special shoutout to Mahzabin, the beauty advisor who helped me she was absolutely lovely. I was torn between two foundations (NARS and Haus Labs), and she took the time to explain the differences and even helped me try them on. Thanks to her, I ended up getting the Haus Labs foundation, and it’s now my absolute favorite product! She went out of her way to help me find everything I needed in the store, which can feel a bit overwhelming at times. She was truly a lifesaver! I also want to mention Maria, who was super sweet while I was checking out. Everyone at this store is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend this location

Sephora on transit in Clarence.Good greeting at door knew what I wanted to purchase before entry orrr I would have totally went on a spree but leaving that til after the holiday:) Ladies were all kind and helpful and..the store smelled and looked so good as well inviting.Prices were also good and it was a 20 percent off day for the holiday Bonus!Plenty of parking and I call it a quick in and out successful trip.

Came to Buffalo with my friends and had the best Sephora experience here! Morgan, Jessica, Serat and Cyun were all so warm and welcoming - excellent service and suggestions! :)

The people there are so nice!!!! I know little to nothing about makeup- the guy who helped me knew exactly what I needed and pointed me to where I wanted. He also gave his very helpful opinions on everything I wanted and gave me options too as well as what brand is known for what. The customer service is top teir🙏🏾

Not only is she absolutely beautiful and confident, but she’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She managed to help me and three other clients at the same time with so much patience and professionalism. The way she explained everything showed how much expertise she has, and her energy just made the whole experience fun and easy. She is truly the IT GIRL of this store! Because of her, I’ll always choose this location for my purchases. And everything she recommended worked like wonders starting with skincare to makeup.
