SEPHORA

Sephora is one of my favorite places to shop for beauty. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great variety of high-end products. Their perfume section is amazing, featuring a ride range of luxury and designer scents that last all day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. On your birthday month, you even get a gift if you have an account with them. Overall it's a great place explore, test products, and treat yourself.

By far the worst customer service and management. I came to return something and was told it’s a few days too late. I asked if an expectation can be made even store credit. LAUREN THE manager kept readying a scripted line stating it’s past the return policy I kept help u. With a condensing smile. She said it 3 times. And said I can call customer service. So I did and I spoke Bria who told me she can’t help with store purchases. So I said so basically she lied to me and directors me to do something that she knew wouldn’t be able to help me. Beyond unprofessional. I twisted for Bria to put me in contact with a regional and or DM. As money is spent to train these individual, they poorly executed this scenario. I will not stop til this is resolved. And action is completed. Until ULTA will b

This is one of the best seophoras I have been too! Kayla was an absolute sweetheart and really personable. She really went above and beyond to help with all my beauty needs! I will definitely be coming back to this location more often!

Customer service is terrible, store needs better management staff is rude on the phone, and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes to be funny,while I was being respectful and patient. There was no need for attitude. I had to hang up and call again and thankfully Ryan helped me out i called on Christmas even around 3ish and that lady was very rude.

Anna was extremely helpful when I visited the store this evening. Helped me color match, gave product suggestions and was very patient.
