I had a great experience with makeup artist Isa. She was fully prepared, and created a look that matched my outfit, personality, and event perfectly. She made the entire process enjoyable. I received so many compliments throughout the night. Truly a five‑star experience! Highly recommended!

I went on the day the store opened. I won a $50 gift card plus The store was offering 10% off all items and a gift a checkout. Some of the staff were just standing around and still found it difficult to get assistance. I eventually got to the cashier who offered the shopper ahead of me the 10% off and gave her a gift. I however had to ask for the 10% discount and the gift. I can't imagine why but it left a bad impression.

I come here often. However I have always noticed one worker who is awfully rude and looks at every customer with a nasty look. I do not want to disclose his full first name however it starts with a W. My friends and family members have ALSO noticed the disgusting looks he gives me and other customers. Not only the looks but he has an attitude EVERY time I come in. I never want to ask him any question because he is SO RUDE. I have observed his encounters with other customers and I never want to have to ask him a question. ANOTHER THING, when I walk into the store, he is often standing at the entrance with another lady and he REFUSES to greet customers, the lady he is with will usually greet the customer.

Everytime I come in here I have never been asked if I need help or even a hello. I will walk around and watch them greet other customers & help them & I can’t help but to think the employees here are racist. This is the only sephora I encounter this in & it’s been 5+ times. If it wasn’t the closest location to me I would never step foot in it. Train your employees to not be discriminatory.

This was my first time at this location since it opened. I came in with certain products that I wanted to try and ask questions about certain shades. I asked the cashier for help. She called someone over. Between her and the older lady that came over, all they wanted was my phone number. They both asked me repeatedly. I didn't ask anything that would warrant that question. I wanted to peruse the aisles, as well as the specific products that I had in mind. They were more concerned about getting my phone number, assuming that I was going to make a purchase. After declining to give my number, the older lady took me to the products but had zero intention of helping me. Both associates were rude and had no intention of assisting me. My recommendation is to hire nicer associates, if y
