as a sephora rewards member & a sephora fan for many years by now , I am happy that Sephora opened in Bethesda Row and to see the amazing brands including the vegan , cruelty free , & environmentally friendly brands such as urban decay & tarte. I appreciate Leslie's assistance when she helped me choose DAE haircare when I inquired about clean haircare brands that help with buildup due to hard water , she was helpful and answered all my questions.
