SEPHORA

I went in to Sephora today having a problem and zero solutions. Thankfully I was connected with Jess and she made the experience a breeze! I am so thankful for her help and kindness as she helped me figure out the problems in my current routine, and gave me suggestions for a new one! I will absolutely come back anytime after the amazing service I received from Jess today. Thank you Jess and the Bellevue team!

It’s a nice store in a great location. Try not to go there on weekends, unless you are picking up your online order or just want to try on some make up. Lines are super long, I usually have not desire to spend time waiting. I added photos of some of my favorite products. They finally have the new Dior sticker blush!

Rachel is AMAZING! You can tell she really loves her work and is the best at what she does. She was so knowledgeable about products and incredibly kind and patient with me. I usually am nervous to pick out new products and Rachel was so beyond helpful and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Thank you!!

Destiny was wonderful, she helped me find exactly what I was I was looking for and she even offered to order a few things online that weren’t in the store. She was very patient and helped me choose the perfect perfume and colognes. She provided excellent customer service and was very-personable, friendly, and and respectful. Next time I come in, I’m asking for her to help me again.😊

I shopped at Sephora today and spent around $300, but the experience felt disappointing. they never gave me any sample. When I asked for samples they only gave two random that were not even useful for me. I always enjoy trying new products, especially after a big purchase, but this time the customer service didn’t feel welcoming. I hope the store can improve the sample selection and customer interaction in the future.😩
