SEPHORA

I went into redeem a fragrance gift certificate as well as some other gift cards I had. It had been a minute since I had been in a Sephora and was very overwhelmed with all the skin care options as I looked to update my skincare routine. I asked one of the associates her name was Emily to assist me in figuring out what was best for my skin. She was very helpful in explaining what she thought would be good for my skin. Very helpful enjoyed my time in the store although it was very busy.

I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Sophia. I asked for help finding a glowy base product, even though I didn’t really know how to explain what I was looking for, and she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She showed me multiple options and explained the differences so I could choose what worked best for me. I also mentioned that I have sensitive, eczema-prone skin, and Sophia took the time to go over ingredients and recommend products that would be safe and gentle for me. She never made me feel silly for asking questions, especially since I don’t have much makeup knowledge. On top of all that, she was so personable—sweet, friendly, and easy to talk to. Such a positive experience!

I went here on 02-22-26 around 1-2:30 in the afternoon. I was in a full body flare up from a medical condition I have and my foot which has all its nerves dead was flaring up so needless to say, my body was not working properly. Anyways, I got help with one of the Dermalogica people (I didn’t catch her name) and one Sephora employee (again, I didn’t see her name but nothing was working on me) anyways, both ladies were amazing. A HUGE thank you to both who didn’t judge me for walking slower than a turtle and answered silly questions I had including one where I mentioned “I saw on Facebook. Is it accurate?” Sephora, please go back and check to see who I had. They deserve to be recognized for being kind and compassionate to me. this place is SUCH a mixed bag, but honestly it needs some serious help. There are one or two employees that are helpful and kind, but other than that, my experiences shopping here have been quite off putting to say the least. between the sporadic flocks of unsupervised children (which the store has little control over) and the pungent smell of perfume that overtakes the store, I cannot recommend this location to anyone that values their experience while shopping. The majority of the staff are either aloof, not very useful, or straight up rude as can be. I have been followed around the store in the past, even without my purse in hand, by employees despite me insisting I do not need help or want a color match. I was hesitant to go based on some of the comments, but so glad I did! Isabel was the best- so friendly and so helpful. I will definitely go back!
