Danielle is seriously the best. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She really listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to sell me random products, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She’s so knowledgeable about skincare and makeup, and she explained everything in a way that made sense. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She took her time, matched me perfectly, and gave me recommendations that were realistic for my routine. What I appreciated most was how kind and patient she was. She made the whole experience feel personal and fun, not overwhelming. If you ever go to Sephora, ask for Danielle… she’s amazing!

I stopped by Sephora to pick out birthday gifts for my girlfriend, and Danielle honestly made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I came in not really knowing what to get, but she took the time to ask questions, understand what I was looking for, and walked me through different options without making me feel rushed or pressured. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me choose the right products instead of just selling something. You can tell she loves what she does. Thanks to her, I left feeling confident about my purchase and my girlfriend absolutely loved the gifts. Danielle’s customer service was top tier and definitely made me want to come back!

On February 12 at 5:51 PM, the cashier who assisted me explicitly stated that there were no samples in the store, despite my purchase exceeding $100. Immediately after completing my transaction, I observed the same employee providing samples to other customers. Because of this, the information given to me was inaccurate and resulted in unequal treatment. The situation felt misleading and discriminatory from a customer experience standpoint. A different employee later assisted me and was able to provide samples without any issue. I’m extremely shocked about the situation. I’ll escalate the issue to the corporate office

Xiomara was so helpful. She assisted me with locating several items and she also offered to check me out on her device as to avoid the very long line at the register. She also had access to provide me with my birthday reward gift.

I wasn’t expecting much from this location since it’s always packed, but honestly, the experience exceeded my expectations. For how busy it was, everything felt surprisingly smooth. First, the samples way more generous than your average Sephora visit. That alone already made it stand out. The real highlight, though, was my experience at the fragrance section. George was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about explaining each scent. It was the kind of service that makes you want to come back. I’d happily drive 45 minutes to this store even though I have one just 10 minutes from my place in Fort Lauderdale. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and pick up your favorites at this Sephora you won’t regret it.
