I usually love shopping at the Sephora in the Chicago Premium Outlets — the team is great, and the store always has amazing products. One of the main reasons I go to this location is because of Sassy. She’s incredible! Her customer service is unmatched, and over time we’ve become friendly because she’s consistently gone above and beyond to help me find the right skincare and makeup. She’s one of the best employees Sephora has, hands down. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I had a disappointing experience with the store manager, Katie. While Sassy was about to help me, Katie interrupted us in a way that made me feel disrespected as a customer and was also discouraging to see how she spoke to Sassy in front of me. This store is AMAZINGGGG love love love, the customer service from holly and te'ja were a 100/10 my friend and i had such a great time talking with them they gave honest opinion helped my friend find the perfect shade match with a huda skin tint and helped me find a good product to help my redness!! i will 100% be making the drive back to aurora every time i need something!!

The team here is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Out of all the locations nearby this one is the best. The customer service here is top tier & unmatched.

Had a great time shopping here . Allison at charlotte Tilbury was very sweet and helped me pick what I wanted . The crew is so sweet and nice which makes me come back here . I had a great first visit to this location. I needed to be color matched and the girl was so helpful. I wish I got her name! She made some recommendations that I purchased but she was helpful and not pushy. Very easy going. Then I had Sassy at the checkout and she was super friendly and made some recommendations for skincare. They pretty much had what I was looking for in stock except for some new products that were sold out.
