On Valentine’s Day, I decided to treat myself to a new lip color, and I’m so glad I did! As soon as I walked into the store, I was warmly greeted by Valerie (Make up forever) I told her I was looking for an everyday lip color, and she absolutely worked her magic. She paired the perfect lip liner with a beautiful gloss on top — it was exactly what I didn’t even know I needed! Then she asked if she could show me something else, and I’m so glad I said yes. She created a whole new look for me that was natural, fresh, and absolutely beautiful. I ended up purchasing everything she recommended because I loved it all. Valerie truly knows her stuff. Not only did she help me find amazing products, but she also taught me some new makeup tricks that I can actually use every day. Because of her, I’ve

I just had the most outstanding Sephora experience at the Ponce City Market location, and it was entirely because of Chaz! Please visit this store if you want to have fun and feel welcomed by someone who knows makeup brands and can find exactly what looks the best on you while being an extremely patient and kind person. I am a Sephora addict and I buy online all the time, but I'll be visiting this store whenever I want to try something new just so I can spend time with Chaz, and I know I'll be in good hands.

Jordin was extremely attentive, professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and patient while assisting me with selecting several products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances. I truly appreciated her honesty and the way she handled multitasking so effortlessly. I highly recommend Jordin at this location and will definitely make this my home store despite living almost an hour away. Overall, it was a great experience!

Unpleasant experience due to a rude employee: While my wife was shopping, I sat down on one of the chairs in a corner of the service area. After some time, a young Black sales assistant very rudely asked me to leave the seat, saying she now needed the space to provide a service. All the chairs were free. When I pointed out that my wife was just about to finish her purchase, she did not respond to this at all. When I asked whether I could sit somewhere else, she referred me to seating outside the store. When I objected that it was winter and very cold outside, she simply replied that there was nothing she could do. For clarification: due to a recent surgical procedure, I am currently not able to stand for long periods of time. Just a few minutes later, on the way back from the checkout to

I was in a desperate position: Replacing my discontinued foundation that matched perfectly. The makeup counter referred me to someone in the product aisles who presented herself as an expert. She put this color on me in a rush. She had zero personality and was very dismissive about my desires. I felt like I was a bother to her...and I am the customer. The person at the register tried to degrade me for politely refusing to share my contact information in order to make a purchase; rebuking the sell/sharing of my information; & to receive a 1-time discount. It turns out the store lighting & the makeup counter (vanity store) lighting is not good to verify a color match. Upon getting home, the recommended foundation made me look like an Oompa Loompa from the Chocolate Factory movie: Bright
