I had such an amazing experience at Sephora! The customer service was truly top-tier, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Everyone I interacted with was so professional, patient, and welcoming. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable they were about the products; they explained everything in detail, gave personalized recommendations, and made me feel completely confident in my choices. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such genuine care, but Sephora really nailed it. I left not only with great products but also with a great impression of their service. Highly recommend!

The customer service deserves negative zero stars. Two employees at the store failed to acknowledge me as customer for over 15min. As a result I decided to go to ulta to buy my three Prada paradox perfumes. Thank ya!

I had a wedding yo attend and came in for a foundation match. The employees were very kind and welcoming. I came for a foundation then ended up with a whole new makeup routine that I love. Went to Sephora today with my sons to buy them colognes and a Valentino for myself, and couldn't stomach the conversation that the 2 young ladies and young man where having about the recent event where C.K. life was taken. They keeper making fun of the deceased and said he deserved to what he got. All 3 were extremely un profesional airing their opinions out loud in this establishment. Sephora lost about $450.00 from us because of they're employees.
