Made a purchase today for more than $400, there was no discount in the check even though the cashier said that the discount was included, not a pleasant situation, the administrator was very rude, they didn't even apologize. Has no desire to return, change sellers and admin👎

overpriced for sure $30 for the carolina herrera "good girl" mini version + tax. psa don't get a lady a $25.00 gift card for sephora, you cannot even buy a foundation for that price. however, on the flip side the staff is very attentitive and asks if they can be of any service for you.

one star is too generous this is the worst sephora i’ve ever been to. the shelves are constantly messy. products opened, smeared, and just left everywhere like no one cares. nothing is ever in stock. i’ve come back multiple times hoping they’d restock basic items and it’s always the same story. the staff? unhelpful and dismissive. i asked about a lipstick shade and the employee told me “i’ll be back to help you” only to walk off and never return. meanwhile she helped someone else and then disappeared.
