Extremely rude ladies working in the early afternoon on 12/16/25. My son was holding a lipstick I was purchasing and the worker really meanly said, makeup isn’t for boys right to him. The cashier was also extremely rude

The staff here are honestly a bit rude. They are absorbed in their own conversations, give rude/sarcastic answers when you ask questions, and you’ll wait at the register for 5 minutes before someone notices and asks if you’re ready to check out. Skip this place, order directly from the brands you want. Sephora is truly plummeting into a dark hole of awful service.

Wow- had to go ask for a sales rep after a 15 minute wait at the counter- finally got a worker and she was so rude! I was very turned off- no way am I coming back!

The girl working on 10/18/25 at 2:48 pm was so rude when I tried doing a return it was bought online and they said as long as they carry the brand they can return it and when I tried to return it she told me no and was completely rude about it all and wouldn’t even give me a bag

Had a young lady yesterday who was very rude. Dark hair pretty girl who I'm guessing thought she was above me. Condescending. I returned some amazon and they gave me a 10% coupon. I thought.. that's cool because I need my It mascara and a small pallet. I found the two face pallet perfect size to travel. It was 53.00. My birthday was also in 2 days. She checked me out with attitude and I asked her... did you take the 10% off? Dirty look as she proceeds to do so. I work with the public all my life. Left the store and got fa's still confused.
