SEPHORA at Kohl's

I have taken the full facial service on November 28, 2025. I have booked appointment for my wife Apexa.I am writing to share my disappointment with my recent makeup appointment at Sephora. My appointment was originally requested for 11:00 AM, but appointment was canceled without informing me.I was coming from very far with request she scheduled at 12 pm.. Even though the makeup artist did the makeup later, it was done in a hurry because of the scheduling mistake.I had a fixed photoshoot time with pregnancy not easy this experience caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. This is not the level of customer care I expected from Sephora. I am expecting the best reimbursement and the prompt response from your end. Please look into this matter and get back to me as soon as possible.

it's good that Sephora inside Kohl's but they don't accept Sephora credit card. All they accept is Kohl's credit card. and that's what I don't like I understand it is inside Kohl's but still you should have an option or let people use for a credit card what's the point
