SEPHORA at Kohl's

Stop shopping here! Staff is unhelpful in knowing anything. I have a scent Certificate that has now expired because the store never had it in stock for almost a year. No one could order for me either. They don't know what is coming on the truck. Very poor customer service all around.

They need to hire employees with better customer service at this location. Asked an employee a question and she was so ignorant and rude to me for no reason. I worked retail for 15 years and would never act like that.

Samantha was so nice and helpful! Didn't feel rushed she gave her personal experience with products and helped me feel confident in the items I chose. Might have to switch over to sephora from ulta being my go to.

Went in and overheard employees making racial remarks about African American and Latino customers. The words one spoke were “black people never know their shade, they always want a lighter foundation, they are black not white”. The other employee agreed and began to speak about Latino customers as well. They said Hispanics are the same way. This is disgusting behavior and unacceptable. I caught one of the employees name tags and her name was Jeri. The other was thinner with blond hair. Do not come to this Sephora if you are a race other than white, the employees will speak badly about you. This is racist.

I was in yesterday looking for a better foundation and I was greeted immediately by Courtland. Not only did she match me with the perfect foundation, she went out of her way to find a great concealer! For someone that doesn’t wear makeup too often I appreciated her patience and willingness to go out of her way to help and suggest certain brands. Thanks Courtland!
