SEPHORA at Kohl's

Terrible customer service. Asked for a product and was told it's in the back. Had me waiting for 10 mins while helping others that came after me. Then had a dumb reply with a dumb smirk on her face. 3/1 @1145 am

I can in here today and asked for assistance to be matched to my correct skin color foundation. I was appalled when I went to the front and asked for help and one of the employees couldn’t find the brushes and the manager lashed out on the employee right in front of everyone at the store. If I was that employee I would’ve reported that incident for being unprofessional and rude. And as a customer, I was furious and almost left. Thankfully, I composed myself and accepted the help from the employee (who had only been there at the store for only a month). I hope that corporate sees my review and does a thorough investigation on the blonde manager working at that location. These types of people should not be in managerial positions if they are not going to know how to run and manage a store co

Terrible service. The workers stare at you judging instead of helping. I am highly disappointed. Take your money somewhere where they treat you as a human being. One of the worst serviced Sephora location. Won’t be returning.
