Yolann was terrific! We were looking for sunscreen by The Ordinary and Yolann went back for about 7 minutes to search and find it. She could have easily said not in stock, but she didn’t! Saved us multiple trips trying to hunt for this. She also helped us with HudaBeauty’s Easy Bake Setting Spray and Phlur’s Rose Whip Perfume - both great products. When customer service is either terrible or terrific, we are glad we came across Yolann today!
They do not comply with their schedule. I came 30 minutes earlier to the store and it was already closed. This happens all the time. You need to comply with the schedule you advertise. Their promoted schedule is always off. If business is slow then update it accordingly. Signs of incompetent management and another candidate going outta business soon.
