SEPHORA at Kohl's

Went in looking for Selena Gomez new perfume and Zachery or Zach helped us out and was super kind! When we were looking for our birthday gift I wasn’t sure which one to get and Zach let me smell the scents for the perfume option which helped me pick a birthday gift easily. Thank you for making our experience at Sephora great!

Today is Wed Feb 8 at 11:20am. I asked for help finding a liquid eyeliner in brown. A woman with short dark hair walked me to an area with eye liners and said that they do not have any in brown. I said that was surprising and decided to look for myself. I found 4 different brands of the brown liquid eyeliner I was looking for. I went to the register where the woman who “helped” me was standing, along with two other associates. I told her that I was able to find 4 different brands of the item I was looking for. I then asked if any of the three associates could help guide me on which ones were good. I have NEVER had such a great experience at any Sephora as I have at this one. Couple weeks ago and older gal helped me find some GREAT products to add to my skin regimen and last night Alex did the same!! I could go on for days about how amazing my service is. Never been to a location that has so many just KNOWLEDGEABLE employee's. It didn't feel like the typical sales rigmarole- seems like people that actually are knowledgeable and educated about all kinds of different products to suit every skin type. My skin and I thank the employees of this Sephora :)

Alex is incredible! Anytime I go in & see him or hear his voice I am instantly happy & excited to get his help. His customer service skills are top notch & in a genuine way. I feel so at ease talking with him, feel heard & cared for. I hope he’s paid well especially through the holiday season. He stands out & so deserves it. I went in to look at some Spicebomb Night Vision cologne. I was basically treated like a potential theft threat. No greeting upon entering the area, no asking what I was looking for, nada. Just a employee invading my personal space and just watching me. It made me incredibly uncomfortable.
