Bought a perfume here , Versace yellow diamond, which was $80.00. I went to my car to open it and put it on for the day, and there was a bottle of Asprin inside, and 2 AAA batteries wrapped in bubble wrap and electrical tape. I asked for a replacement and a Kohl's manager by the name of Isabelle basically laughed in my face and told me that they havnt had a return on fragrances in over a year and a half ( implying that it must have been me ). I was obviously upset but i held it together and as I was walking away she says" have a great one ! " I cant help but assume it was because im black but idk. She made me feel undervalued as a customer, a person and basically called me a liar. Going through my bank to dispute since it seems impossible to get ahold of anyone at corporate...

Shout out to Bella who so patiently helped me find the best foundation color for me. I was lucky enough to find her the last time i went too and she was just as helpful. I go to this store because of her. It's like trying out makeup with a friend who is an expert makeup artist. I left feeling beautiful. Thanks Bella!

Just left, wasn’t busy at all. Only two other people entered in the time we were there. Wasn’t even greeted, waited around for help and she helped everybody else around us. Couldn’t find a manger to make a report.

The employees are always gossiping at the cashier. When I asked a question, they answered but then went back to gossiping. Hire people who want to work and greet customers and help them with makeup decisions. That'll be the last time I step into that Sephora. If I could, I would give no stars.
