SEPHORA at Kohl's

So bummed out. Just went to Sephora in Kohls and purchased what I thought was a Sephora gift card as a birthday present for my teenage niece. Went out to the car to sign the gift card and flipped it over and it was a Kohls gift card. I immediately walked back in and told them about what happened at Sephora. They looked around for a Sephora gift card with no luck and said “yeah sorry we don’t have any more Sephora gift cards & we can’t exchange them. See it says so on the receipt” I said “you should flip your gift cards around so people can see that they are Kohl cards and not Sephora” Just warning anyone out there buying for teen girls! Go to a real Sephora store and not this lame a$$ Kohls make up stand! You may make the same mistake I did and end up with a very disappointing gift!

Great Sephora the thing is I was looking forward to a Sephora bag when you check out, but since it was kohls, I got a kohls one. Which sucked for me but it was ok! Testers weren't very messy.

Very Bad experience!!! Went to return a product and Cashier Casey was very disrespectful all the time, rolling eyes and zero professional at the moment of explaining the return policy.I got the policy of the store, but her terrible ways to talk to me made me feel so upset and disappointed.Hopefully someone upper than her can handle this and do not let her do this again to any other customer. From my side I will never go there again to purchase anything. Really terrible cuz I am sure I am not the first one either the last having this issue with that lady.

I went in to get one item, and came out with 15. Lol The first Sephora in Mullica Hill I visited was nice, however I didn't feel like the person helping me had an idea of the color palate or products for my skin. She was beautiful and her makeup was flawless. I visited another Sephora near Trenton and the young lady was so, cute she looked like a fairy. She was more intune to what I needed.

The Sephora inside kohl’s in Hamilton marketplace is nice and new. However, i was told at the register that you can not use a Sephora gift card in the Sephora in kohl’s because it’s kohl’s. Then I asked since it’s kohl’s can I use the kohl’s coupon in the Sephora. (Sephora has its own register). Of course, I couldn’t use the kohl’s coupon. So both ways, kohl’s and Sephora in kohl’s make your shopping there to their benefit, not yours.
