SEPHORA at Kohl's

Every worker here is rude. Never had one good interaction. Thought I'd give the store a second chance, not a single person acknowledges you in the store. One day I had picked out products near the register, the girls were doing their makeup in the mirror and eventually seen me and sighed and came up to the register. 2 of the items I picked out would not scan and they said "this product isn't available yet!!" Didn't offer me additional products or nothing similar to the two I chose. They just simply stated that I could not purchase that item although I picked it out of the retail area. This sephoras a joke, don't waste your time.

Such a negative experience. Chloe needs an attitude check. Managers need to read the reviews on their customer service and do an evaluation because it’s not okay to greet people with “what” for simply staring waiting to be asked if we were ready to check out. Scary!!!!

I came in when the store was empty and told the associate I was just browsing. Instead of giving me space, she followed me around, peeking through displays and clearly watching my hands and purse like I was trying to steal. She never once asked if I needed anything again, just kept circling me, which felt invasive and uncomfortable. Once the store got busier, I was finally left alone and able to shop in peace, despite wanting to put everything back and go to another location. At checkout, she was cold and rude, didn’t say a word, and practically threw my bag and receipt at me. If theft is that much of a concern at this location, they need better staffing and training instead of paranoia toward paying customers.

I had a great experience with Kati the manager she gave me a tour of the store and help me find some great products. Thank you.

The absolute WORST website I’ve ever tried to navigate. I added 2 items to my cart and tried to purchase but every time i was ready to checkout it would double the amount of items. So I’d have to go back and delete the doubled items which wouldn’t work. Then I tried starting over several times and went to checkout and this time i only had 1/2 items ready to be paid for. It didn’t say one was out of stock it just didn’t allow me to pay for both. There was no way to fix it. There were so many loops. I finally decided to pay for just one item at a time then proceeds to tell me that i cannot checkout. DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE. CONFUSING AND WASTES TIME. Extremely unsatisfied. I will not be using again and i’ve decided to save my money.
