I had a wonderful experience here! I don’t know anything about skincare, but the sales associates are very knowledgeable. Mariana was helping me and she had great recommendations and helped me stay on the lower end, price wise, which I really needed! I also found a hair mist that I really liked, but they don’t have a perfume version, so Barbrah spent quite a long time helping me test a ton of different scents that might layer nicely with it. I did not end up liking any of them because I am really picky, but I really appreciated her patience and effort! They were both so patient with me and had great customer service. Thank you guys!

I am new to the area and I cannot say enough about how AMAZING my experience was! I was greeted and needed some help with a new skincare routine (I am on new medication that has messed with my skin) The worker I think his name was Carson was so kind. He took such good care of me and recommended the best products. It has been about a week since my visit and everything he recommended has been amazing! He was truly so kind and I loved the selection. I typically go to the St Peters location. Connie is absolutely fabulous !! Very friendly and helpful. Honestly Connie should be featured in advertising. We live in a new era. We accept people for their individuality. Connie is the perfect representation and has made makeup skills.

I walked into Sephora for the first time today, totally clueless, and quite nervous. All that went away when I met Connie. They made me feel so beautiful. They addressed every concern of mine. I wasn't pressured to buy anything. Connie is what made my experience so memorable. Thank you friend for a great day 🩷

The only Sephora location I’ve ever had issues With had to call over six times to get an answer. They don’t know their products or what items are in stock. I know we are low staffed, but you still treat people with human decency.
