SEPHORA at Kohl's

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming to this store. Although I was at 2 other Sephora's and was told this specific location had the Prada cologne I was looking for. Huge line to check out or get help. Again 3rd location-never got the cologne or to talk to a person. I will never visit Sephora in kohls again. Terrible business decision to merge with them.

The employees are very unhelpful. I stood waiting at the check out for a really long time and there was no one around. When someone finally arrived, I asked if there was a plan to restock more product soon and the employee mocked me and indicated that they had no clue what I was talking about. It is not just like the popular items are sold out---everything is bare, even many testers are gone. This store is pointless.

I was so dissapointed at the employess of this store today . I always use sephora and employees are always amazing. The two employees who were there today on the other hand, weren't even motivated answering questions and mocking what I was saying. English might not be mu first language but I can understand disrespect. I was travelling abroad and was planning to but a lot of stuff which would cost close to thosunad, which the store lost. I have never been disrespected and got someone who can't help at all. Especially one sounded manager wad a little better but the other person...I feel bad foranyone who will go there. ai picked a lot of stuffbut wanted to cry at the end and left it for hershe didn't even look at me while talking to the other coworker. This is Sad!!!!!!

The worst Sephora ever. Employees not paying attention to 7 people in line to check out. Messy, not stocked, not cleaned.
