SEPHORA at Kohl's

The Sephora staff is the rudest group of women I have ever met. When your stocking a shelf and looking at me like I need to leave, I was waiting patiently because I work in customer service as well, and you keep give the rudest looks and looking me up and down I will never come back. It's ridiculous! Women are supposed to uplift on another not look down on people like they don't matter. Could of been a simple Do you need help, can I help you find something, what are you looking for ext ext. Also when coming to get a birthday gift please be kinder like wow!!!

I felt bad for the cashier because the line was wrapped around the store and they had people just walking around the store, and never once called anyone to help her. She was the only one checking people out and then having to answer their questions. I know you have enough employees so we don't have to wait in line for over an half hour or more just to pay for our purchases get someone to help or hire more people. I understand why people don't want to shop here now. I wont be shopping here anymore.

First visit to Springfield, Ohio Sephora today. Excellent customer service, both ladies were extremely helpful and patient. I will be back.
