I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora in Kohl’s! The sales associate was soooo nice and went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for a specific perfume, and she kindly went to the back to get it for me without hesitation. Her kindness and willingness to help made my day! This location is such a gem—great service, friendly staff, and a great selection of products. I’ll definitely be coming back!
We just left, the sales associate was the best! Super helpful and just the sweetest lady!!! Saturday 6/8 about 6pm, we did not think to look at her name tag and there was not a name on our receipt. But we wanted to be sure she got the recognition she deserves, 5+ stars for her!!!
I had the best shopping experience that I’ve had in a while! Each employee was super hands on and attentive with my needs. I will be shopping again. 🤩
They’re never in stock and if you ask Sheri for help ( to call another store to see if they have the item) she will tell you to google it. Poor customer service
I went in for a skintone color match. She was very friendly, made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even though I wasn't.
