SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had very disappointing experience at Sephora. I bought 3 items but I was charged extra 10$ for an item I never purchased, likely due to scanning error. Unfortunately I didnt keep the receipt but in my account shows the mistake. I reached out for help I didn’t receive any assistance.

I had an absolutely dreadful time at Sephora—worst visit yet. This tall lady, who I’m guessing was the manager or supervisor, wouldn’t get off my case. She kept hovering, acting like me being there alone was some kind of insane move. Her condescending attitude was infuriating and totally unprofessional. Trust me, don’t go solo unless you want to deal with that nonsense.

I had such a great experience at this Sephora location! After a frustrating visit to another Sephora at Kohl’s, Grace and D’Yanni turned everything around for me. They were so patient, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs. They helped me discover products that suited me so much better, and I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. Their expertise and positive energy made all the difference—thank you both for going above and beyond

My sisters and I went to this store earlier today to buy a few things. We had to constantly follow and ask the attendants our questions. We were never approached for any assistance from the get go. The two ladies working there were so disinterested in their jobs, it wasn’t even funny. They were rude and were smirking at each other in front of us when I asked her to repeat what she said because it wasn’t clear. Not sure what her name was but I think it started with M, she was wearing glasses. The second we were leaving we saw her walk upto some American customer and be the nicest person she could be, offering her assistance. This was just shocking to us, especially in today’s world. Absolutely ruined my shopping experience. Will never be going back there ever again. Not sure why they hire p

Worst service ever. Could not exchange: return a product. There were 3 people with same issues could not return. Even though we can find the product in beauty insider, they couldn’t. This was a Christmas gift in wrong color. I simply need to exchange . Sephora at Kohl’s need to provide better customer service . So disappointed
