SEPHORA at Kohl's

I had such a great experience at this Sephora. Shout out to Abbie and Kasey For being the most kind and helpful beauty consultants I’ve experienced at Sephora! Genuinely appreciated their advice and tips. Highly recommend this location because of the great vibes from all of the staff!

Addison was super helpful & even though I was tired, feeling awkward, and had a long day at work, she understood and offered me help without me even having to ask. She recommended multiple products and I love the lip liner she showed me. She also put me onto the Sephora powder foundation & I used it in combination with the Haus Labs foundation to make it full coverage without having to build. It allows me to stretch out expensive products a little longer. They were out of my nightly serum/moisturizer in the bulk size, but she told me when I would be able to come back and buy it after they restock it. Apparently a lot of little kids are obsessed with the same niacinamide and BHA products as a 27 year old 💀 like that's so funny and they buy out the bulk sizes 😂 I think Addison has helped me

Staff is very unhelpful and doesn’t appear to have any training. I asked for color matching assistance on foundation. She pointed at the section and walked away. Super great.

I love shopping at sephora but I just watched. A manager get verbally acted but another employee. It made me feel so umcomfortable. I honestly was ready to walk. I looked at the manager an told Im sorry but that was so uncalled for. She apologized to which I told no need to apologize she needs to apologize to you. Doing that infront of customers in the store was not right at all. To manager at Sephora you deserve so much praise for keeping calm an handling that and to the other employee I really hope karma does you a favor

Fiona is great! She spent so much time with me trying to color match my mom's skin by pictures which we really appreciated since she can't leave the house right now. Thanks Fiona!
