SEPHORA at Kohl's

This sephora did not accept normal sephora returns. So I went to find a shade that I l Iiked in the store and when I found that, the store did not have that stock in either. Had to interrupt saleslady because she did not notice me waiting to get her attention for a long time. Saleslady did not offer an apology or offer to order the lipstick that wasn't stocked, she just kind of stared at me. Normally sephora sales people at least offer to order one for you. If something is out of stock the store should remove the tester. The saleswoman did not seem to have good social awareness skills. It was an awkward, unhelpful experience.

I know they sell Amika products... but they don't sell everything. Came in to get the Curl gel and cream. Now I have to make a trip to the mall tomorrow. What a waste of time.

Lacks inclusive shades in with non-complexion shades (blush, bronzers, highlighters, powders, etc). Doesn’t carry much. Disappointed. Maybe it’s just the majority demographics they try to cater too…

It’s small , limited items not the Sephora experience I have fun shopping in. Left this one and went to the one in the mall.
