SEPHORA at Kohl's

Came to buy a new Milk toner from fenty and I could tell that toner was anything but new. They sell expired products and a lot of their products are dusty and just nasty to look at. Never walked out of a Sephora faster in my life. So gross. Management do better or get replaced!

It was our first time there . We know what we need , so we went to check out right away . Two lady were there talking to each other without greeting .that is fine .We waited minutes until one lady says the other would help . 🙄 It is horrible that people don't care their job . RUDE . So we decided to leave. Left that product in front of them . Ha Ha

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Came in to return an item. I purchased and decided I didn’t want it anymore , with the original receipt . I didn’t get the young ladies name but she had blonde hair . I asked if I could return it and she said well has it been used ? I replied with no and she responds with like at all?? What king of question is that , obviously I just let you know it hasn’t been used or even opened from the packaging. She’s looking at me like I’m lying. The she proceeds to say well I can process the return but it’ll take 30 days for you to receive payment. I let her know why that is if I paid cash and then she stays quiet makes the return and hands me my cash . I had an unfortunate experience at this Sephora location. Typically, a visit to Sephora is welcoming, with staff who prioritize the customer’s beauty needs. However, at this particular store, I found the staff to be extremely neglectful and unresponsive. When I requested assistance with color matching after my usual product was out of stock, I felt as though I was imposing on them. Unfortunately, I left the store feeling quite disheartened. The staff there was the woman with white hair,she unfortunately did not have a name tag.

Very poor service. Only 1 girl was working. I stand for 30 minutes the cashier never got a chance to help me to find what I wanted. She told me wait but the customers were keep coming and she was cash them out instead of helping me even I was waiting before them. I will never come back to this location
