SEPHORA at Kohl's

I was recently in there no greet, no one asked if we needed help, and it was my birthday and I asked if they still did the birthday gift and the cashier told me yes but they didn’t have any more gift which seems every time for the past two years around June there’s no more birthday gifts. Kinda disappointed

I have been in this Sephora a couple times but the most recent time I was approached by a lovely employee named Emma. She was great and helped me out with all of my questions and what products would work best. She even gave me a couple samples that she preferred! Thanks Emma(:

my favorite Sephora location! despite this one not being the biggest location, it meets all of my needs and the staff here always greet me and make me feel so well taken care of!! Love the girlies here sm and would rather shop at no other location!! helped me find the perfect blush for my fair skin when i was first getting into blushes (Orgasm X by Nars if you were wondering) and they always makes me feel like family when i come in🫶🏼

Waited ten minutes to check out while two workers gossiped. Very unwelcoming, and gave me dirty looks multiple times.
